Palantir Federated Data Platform

Palantir’s Foundry technology underpins the NHS Federated Data Platform, which provides separate national and local environments for bringing operational data together. The platform is used to link information from existing systems and support workflows such as waiting-list management, theatre utilisation, discharge coordination, capacity planning and service oversight. Each participating organisation controls access to the data in its own instance, while common applications and data models can support consistent working across services. It is an operational data and workflow platform rather than a replacement clinical record. Effective use depends on source-data quality, clearly governed permissions, privacy controls and local adoption.
