    The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK's leading specialist cancer organisations, serving 2.4 million people across Cheshire, Merseyside and surrounding areas including North Wales and the Isle of Man. Its principal treatment centres are in Liverpool city centre, Wirral and Aintree, supported by chemotherapy clinics in district hospitals and treatment at home.

    The trust provides non-surgical care for solid tumours and blood cancers, including advanced radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and gene-based treatments. It hosts the region's stem-cell transplantation, CAR-T and cellular-therapy services, a teenage and young-adult unit, and the UK's only low-energy proton-beam facility for rare eye cancers. Clinical trials, including first-in-human studies, and a research biobank support its specialist work.
