Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust is one of Europe's largest and busiest children's healthcare providers. Based at its Children's Health Campus beside Springfield Park in Liverpool, it cares for more than 450,000 children and young people each year, treating common illnesses alongside highly complex and specialist conditions.
The trust is a designated children's major trauma centre and provides nationally and regionally recognised services in areas including cancer, cardiac care, neuroscience, craniofacial surgery and epilepsy surgery. Alder Hey is also a major teaching, research and innovation organisation, developing child-centred treatments and technologies while supporting children and their families throughout their care.
