Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides acute and community-based healthcare for more than 440,000 people across South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. Its three principal sites are Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital and Montagu Hospital, supported by outpatient and diagnostic locations.
Doncaster and Bassetlaw provide emergency, inpatient, surgical, maternity, children's and diagnostic care. Montagu Hospital focuses on rehabilitation, day surgery, minor injuries, dialysis and outpatient services, while Retford Hospital hosts additional diagnostics and therapies. As a teaching trust, DBTH trains a substantial share of the region's medical and healthcare students and works with universities and regional care partners on education, research, innovation and more coordinated patient pathways.
