About Oracle Health Cerner Millennium
Oracle Health Cerner Millennium is an integrated electronic health record platform used across acute and ambulatory care. PowerChart provides a longitudinal patient record containing diagnoses, allergies, observations, notes, orders, results, medications and care plans. Departmental applications such as FirstNet, PathNet, RadNet, PharmNet and maternity tools share the Millennium data model, allowing information to follow the patient across workflows. Clinical decision support, mobile access, interoperability and APIs extend the core chart and connect external services. Oracle now develops the wider Oracle Health portfolio, but many installations retain Millennium-era modules. Exact capability depends heavily on release level, licensed applications, local configuration, interfaces and clinical-content maintenance.
