Croydon Health Services NHS Trust integrates hospital and community care across one of London's largest and most diverse boroughs. Croydon University Hospital provides the borough's only emergency department, 24-hour maternity care and more than 100 specialist services, while Purley War Memorial Hospital focuses on outpatient, diagnostic and planned care.

Community teams work across Croydon and in people's homes, supporting adults with long-term conditions, children with cancer and other residents who need specialist care outside hospital. The trust also provides services for asylum seekers and people experiencing homelessness. Through the One Croydon Alliance, it works with local health, care and voluntary partners to coordinate services, prevent illness and reduce inequalities.
