Infor Cloverleaf is a healthcare integration engine for exchanging information among EPRs, laboratories, imaging, medical devices, administrative systems and external services. It receives, validates, transforms and routes data in real time, allowing applications with different formats to communicate through centrally managed interfaces. Supported standards include HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA and X12, alongside APIs and legacy connections. Monitoring tools help integration teams identify message failures and manage data flow, while high-availability options support clinically important interfaces. Cloverleaf can be deployed on premises, in the cloud or in a hybrid model. The actual information exchanged and every routing rule remain defined, tested and governed by the implementing organisation.
