Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust is the UK's largest specialist orthopaedic hospital and a national tertiary centre for complex neuro-musculoskeletal care. It treats adults and children with conditions ranging from acute spinal injury and bone and soft-tissue tumours to complex joint reconstruction, neuromuscular disorders and rehabilitation for persistent back pain.
Most inpatient and specialist services are based at its 189-bed Stanmore campus in north-west London, while Bolsover Street in central London provides outpatient care. Patients are referred from across London and the UK for expertise that is concentrated in only a small number of centres. The trust combines multidisciplinary clinical care with teaching, research and innovation in orthopaedics, spinal medicine and rehabilitation.
