About Imprivata EAM
Imprivata Enterprise Access Management is an identity and authentication platform designed for fast, secure access to clinical and administrative technology. It provides single sign-on to modern and legacy applications, multifactor and passwordless authentication, and rapid user switching on shared workstations and virtual desktops. Staff can authenticate with methods such as a badge, fingerprint, token or PIN according to policy, reducing repeated password entry while preserving individual accountability. Analytics and audit information help security teams understand access behaviour and investigate problems. The platform was previously known through products including Imprivata OneSign and Confirm ID. Licensed modules, authentication methods, directory connections and workstation controls vary by implementation.
