Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health, learning disability and community healthcare services across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. It was formed in April 2020 through the merger of Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
Its services include mental healthcare for adults, older people, children and young people, specialist learning disability support, and community care for children and families in Dudley. The trust is also the lead provider for mental health, learning disability and autism services across the Black Country, coordinating work with health, social care, voluntary and community partners with an emphasis on prevention, inclusion and reducing health inequalities.
