Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust provides mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages across both counties. In Worcestershire it also delivers a broad range of community health services, operating community hospitals and minor injury units alongside teams that care for people at home and in local clinics.

Its work includes adult and children's mental healthcare, crisis and inpatient support, community nursing, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and specialist learning disability services. Worcestershire residents can also access services such as sexual health, community dentistry, podiatry and support for children and families. The Trust works through neighbourhood teams and with primary care, councils and other NHS providers to coordinate physical and mental healthcare.
