Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides community physical health, mental health and social care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. Services are delivered from community hospitals, clinics, schools, specialist units and people's homes, with care organised as close to local communities as possible.

In Oxfordshire the Trust is the main community health provider, operating eight community hospitals alongside nursing, rehabilitation, children's and learning disability services. Mental health teams support children, adults and older people across its wider geography through community, crisis and inpatient care. Specialist eating disorder and forensic services cover larger regional populations. Partnerships with the University of Oxford and other universities connect clinical care with research, psychology and medical training, and education for nurses and allied health professionals.
