Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust brings together physical health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages across Gloucestershire. Its multidisciplinary teams provide much of their care in people's homes, schools and local clinics, helping patients receive support without travelling to a large acute hospital.

The Trust also operates six community hospitals and specialist inpatient units for mental health, learning disabilities and recovery. Its services range from community nursing, therapies and children's health to urgent mental health support, dementia care and specialist learning disability provision. By combining these services within one organisation, the Trust can coordinate care where physical health, psychological wellbeing and social circumstances are closely connected.
