About TPP SystmOne
SystmOne ED/UTC is TPP’s module for emergency departments and urgent treatment centres. It manages the pathway from arrival and registration through triage, clinical assessment, investigations, treatment, referral and departure. Department-wide smartboards, layouts and dashboards show patient status and potential bottlenecks, while configurable triage templates, protocols and alerts support consistent work. Users can access relevant SystmOne information or connected records, prescribe through EPMA, request beds and produce electronic discharge correspondence. Reporting includes locally built reports and support for emergency datasets. Exact integrations, clinical content and decision support vary by configuration, and rapid workflows require careful usability, safety, resilience and downtime testing.
