About OneAdvanced Clinical Case Management (formerly Adastra)
OneAdvanced Clinical Case Management, previously Adastra, is designed specifically for urgent and unscheduled care. It supports patient registration, triage, clinical assessment, consultation documentation, prescribing, referrals and handover across telephone, out-of-hours and face-to-face services. Configurable queues and case statuses help staff prioritise work, and secure patient-status links can update people waiting for a clinical callback. Connections to clinical decision support, shared records, test results and national services provide relevant information within the case. An integrated ambient scribe is also available for draft summaries. Exact pathways, urgency rules, service directories, messaging, prescribing options and integrations depend on the regional configuration and care model.
