About Access Conexes
Conexes, now known as Access Integration Hub, is the interoperability platform associated with Access Rio. It provides a secure framework for connecting Rio with third-party clinical systems, patient-facing applications, shared care records and other health and care services. Its interfaces and APIs support real-time, bi-directional exchange, allowing authorised information to move between systems instead of being re-entered manually. This can help organisations reduce duplicate data entry, improve the consistency of patient records and make information available across care settings. Conexes was originally developed by Servelec and remains particularly relevant to NHS organisations that need to integrate established Rio deployments with a wider digital ecosystem.
