Access Smart Notes

Access Rio Smart Notes is an ambient AI application designed to work with the Access Rio electronic patient record. It gives authorised Rio users a mobile route into AI-assisted clinical documentation, using the same Access Identity sign-on framework as other Rio applications. The product is intended to reduce time spent manually composing notes while keeping the documentation workflow connected to the patient's existing Rio record. Smart Notes is distributed as a dedicated mobile application and requires both an Access Rio EPR account and organisational registration with Access Workspace. As with any ambient scribing tool, generated material should be checked by the responsible clinician before it becomes part of the formal record.
