Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust delivers more than 100 community health, specialist rehabilitation and dental services for people of all ages. Its approximately 5,000 staff work across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, supporting patients from birth through childhood, adult life and older age.
Services include community nursing, children's therapies and paediatrics, learning disability care, rehabilitation, dentistry, health visiting and support for long-term conditions. Much of its care is provided in neighbourhood settings or patients' homes, including through Birmingham Forward Steps for families with children under five. The trust's focus is helping people, including some of the region's most vulnerable residents, live well in healthy communities.
