InterSystems Personal Community

InterSystems HealthShare Personal Community is an EHR-neutral patient portal designed to provide one digital front door across multiple clinical systems. It can draw on the HealthShare unified care record, bringing together information from EPRs and other authorised sources for presentation through a patient-focused interface. Depending on configuration, people can view selected health information, appointments and education, exchange secure messages, enter data and manage access for a representative. Its multi-system design can reduce the need for separate portals after organisational integration or when care spans several providers. The deploying organisation controls which records, transactions and proxy relationships are available, as well as identity, consent, release timing and accessibility arrangements.
