About InterSystems TrakCare
InterSystems TrakCare is a unified electronic patient record and healthcare information system used across acute, outpatient, urgent, community and laboratory settings. Clinical and administrative products share one user interface, code base, master patient index and data platform, allowing information entered in one part of the service to contribute to the longitudinal record. Clinicians can document assessments, review results, place orders, manage care plans and use decision support, while departmental modules extend the record into medicines, theatres, maternity and diagnostics. TrakCare supports healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 FHIR and exposes data through APIs. Exact workflows, modules and regional content depend on the organisation's implemented edition.
