InterSystems HealthShare

InterSystems HealthShare is a healthcare interoperability platform used to create a shared, longitudinal care record by bringing together patient information from multiple organisations and systems, including hospitals, GPs, mental health and social care. It aggregates, normalises and deduplicates data into a consistent patient-centred record, giving authorised care professionals a more complete, near-real-time view of an individual’s health and care. HealthShare supports clinical decision-making, care coordination, analytics, consent management, notifications, and standards-based interoperability including HL7 FHIR.
