IEG4 Digital CHC is a cloud-based, end-to-end platform for managing NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and All Age Continuing Care pathways. Developed with NHS organisations and aligned to the National Framework, it uses digital forms and automated workflows to reduce administration, improve data quality, provide clear audit trails, and give staff, providers, patients and families greater visibility of case progress.
