System C BadgerNet Maternity is a specialist digital maternity record covering care from early pregnancy and booking through labour, birth, postnatal care and discharge. A single structured record supports configurable clinical pathways, assessments, safety prompts, CTG information, growth charting, reporting and audit. Clinicians can document at the bedside or in community settings using an iPad application that supports offline work, while the Badger Notes app gives pregnant people access to records, appointments, information and care-plan contributions. Links with early pregnancy and neonatal modules can improve continuity. Available workflows and integrations depend on configuration, and clinical teams remain responsible for reviewing information and acting on risks.
