About System C CareFlow Medicines Management
System C CareFlow Medicines Management is a suite covering electronic prescribing and medicines administration, hospital pharmacy and oncology workflows. CareFlow EPMA supports inpatient and outpatient prescribing, administration, discharge prescriptions, allergy recording, medicines reconciliation and clinical pharmacy review. Structured orders and decision-support checks can help identify allergies, interactions or dosing issues, while electronic administration records provide an auditable account of doses given, delayed or omitted. Integration with CareFlow Pharmacy supports medicine supply and stock workflows, and links with CareFlow EPR can share relevant patient information. Available modules and checks depend on configuration, and professional review, formulary governance, training and robust downtime processes remain essential.
