The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of hospital, adult community and some primary-care services for Dudley, parts of Sandwell and neighbouring communities in South Staffordshire and Wyre Forest. More than 6,000 staff work at Russells Hall Hospital, the Guest and Corbett outpatient centres, local health facilities and patients' homes.
Russells Hall provides emergency, inpatient, maternity, critical-care, surgical and diagnostic services, while the other sites focus on outpatient, therapy and day-case care. Community teams work from more than 40 local centres, and two GP practices joined the trust in 2024. Its specialist work includes vascular surgery and complex nutrition support, alongside investment in robotic surgery, virtual wards, teaching and research to connect primary, community and acute care.
