East London NHS Foundation Trust

East London NHS Foundation Trust provides community health, mental health and primary care services to around 1.8 million people across East London, Bedfordshire and Luton. Its work spans some of England's most diverse communities and is delivered through neighbourhood teams, health centres, GP practices, inpatient units and people's homes.

The trust provides adult and children's mental health care, crisis services, talking therapies, forensic and learning disability support, community nursing and therapies, primary care and substance misuse services. Its service footprint includes Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton, with some specialist work extending further. ELFT uses quality improvement methods and works with service users, carers and local partners to redesign care and improve population health and wellbeing.
