Anathem

Anathem is an AI clinical documentation platform for transcribing patient consultations and clinician dictation into structured medical notes. Clinicians can review and edit the generated text, create additional documents, add approved material to the patient record and share it with patients or other services. The product performs transcription without retaining an audio recording and includes an offline mode that can continue working until the device reconnects. Anathem is registered with the MHRA as a Class I digital dictation medical device and reports compliance with NHS England ambient voice technology requirements, DTAC and ISO 27001. Clinical users remain responsible for reviewing the output and deciding what becomes part of the formal record.
