Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides community health, mental health and learning disability services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Established in 2002 as a specialist mental health and learning disability provider, it became a foundation trust in 2010 and expanded into community hospitals and physical healthcare in 2016.

Its services include adult and children's community care, community hospitals, talking therapies, dementia and older people's mental health, learning disability support, integrated mental health teams, eating disorder and perinatal services, virtual wards and specialist nursing. The trust works across dispersed rural, coastal and island communities, collaborating with local care partners while investing in research, professional training and new approaches to delivering care closer to home.
