VitalHub Zesty

Zesty is a patient engagement portal now within VitalHub’s portfolio. It integrates with patient administration, electronic record and other clinical systems so people can view appointments, appointment and clinical letters, discharge information and relevant pathway content. Optional modules support confirming, cancelling or rescheduling appointments, patient-led booking and questionnaires whose responses can return to the clinical record for review or risk stratification. Registration can use an invitation and supported NHS identity services, while mobile-first design provides access across phones, tablets and desktops. The exact features depend on the modules and integrations commissioned, and digital routes need accessible alternatives so patients who cannot or prefer not to use the portal remain included.
