Netcall Patient Hub is a digital patient-engagement portal built on the supplier's Liberty platform. It sends appointment notifications and digital letters to a patient's device and provides self-service options for confirming, changing or cancelling appointments. Waiting-list validation, reminders and predictive tools can help services reduce missed appointments and release unused capacity. Translation and channel options are intended to make communications more accessible, while operational data helps staff understand responses and demand. Patient Hub connects with PAS, integration engines and other healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs or CSV.
