Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of specialist mental health, learning disability and adult neurodiversity services in Leeds. Some services operate across West Yorkshire, Humber and North Yorkshire, while highly specialised teams accept referrals from across northern England.
Most care is delivered in community settings or close to people's homes, supported by inpatient wards when more intensive assessment or treatment is needed. The Trust's services include crisis care, adult and older people's mental health, dementia, eating disorders, substance misuse support, learning disability care, adult ADHD and autism services, and specialist regional programmes. More than 3,000 staff also contribute to research, professional education and partnerships with universities, local government and voluntary organisations.
