OneAdvanced CareDirector

OneAdvanced CareDirector is a cloud-based social care case-management platform for adults' and children's services. It gives practitioners a shared record for contacts, assessments, safeguarding, eligibility, care planning and case activity, with dashboards and workflows helping managers oversee work. Configurable modules support areas including child protection, looked-after children, adoption, early help, mental capacity and deprivation-of-liberty processes. Mobile applications allow staff to view and update relevant information in the field, including offline working followed by synchronisation. Although listed here as an EPR, CareDirector is centred on social-care casework rather than acute clinical ordering and results.
