About OneAdvanced Clinical Document Transfer

OneAdvanced Clinical Document Transfer, formerly Docman Connect, is a cloud service for securely sending transfer-of-care correspondence to GP practices. It accepts documents from an EPR or integration engine, encrypts them end to end and uses structured messaging and intelligent routing to deliver each item in the recipient's supported format. Dashboards and acknowledgements allow senders to track progress, identify rejections and investigate documents that have not been collected. It supports common formats including PDF, Word, TIFF and HTML and can reach out-of-area recipients. Despite its database category, it is a document-delivery service rather than a general EDMS repository for scanning, indexing and longitudinal record storage.
