About Beam Notes

Beam Notes, previously known as Magic Notes, is an AI documentation tool for healthcare and frontline public services. It can capture in-person, telephone or offline conversations and turn them into structured case notes, assessments and other clinical documents using templates tailored to a service. Beyond single consultations, Beam can bring information from multiple sources together for complex outputs such as multidisciplinary summaries, continuing healthcare assessments, community and mental health documentation and neurodiversity reports. Clinicians review the generated material before use. Beam is registered with the MHRA as a Class I medical device for summarisation and reports ISO 27001, NHS DSPT and Cyber Essentials Plus assurance, with UK data hosting and encryption in transit and at rest.
