OneAdvanced Clinical Case Management (formerly Adastra)

OneAdvanced Clinical Case Management, formerly Adastra, is a configurable clinical record and case-management system for urgent and unscheduled care. It holds the current care episode, supports assessment and triage workflows, records consultations and enables referral or handover between services. Integrations can provide access to shared and primary-care records, test results, electronic prescribing, decision support and national messaging. Work queues and case status help teams prioritise patients awaiting action, while business-continuity options capture cases during an interruption and return them to the main system afterwards. It is an episodic urgent-care EPR rather than a broad inpatient record, and menus, forms, pathways, connections and reports are configured for each service.
