Cleric ePCR - EPR-2

Cleric EPR-2 is an electronic patient care record for ambulance and mobile healthcare teams. Its cross-platform applications enable clinicians to capture assessment, observations, treatment and other patient-care interactions at the scene and during transport, replacing handwritten ambulance records with structured digital information. EPR-2 integrates with Cleric Respond-2 CAD and can also connect to third-party systems, allowing information to follow the incident from the initial control-room transfer through clinical care and communication with receiving organisations. A self-service web portal supports appropriate access beyond the mobile application. The product's role is clinical documentation and secure exchange, while dispatch decisions remain in the CAD platform. Individual ambulance trusts configure forms, interfaces and operational workflows around their services.
