Cleric PTS - APTS-2

Cleric APTS-2 is a patient transport scheduling and logistics system for non-emergency ambulance services. It covers the process from receiving a transport booking through eligibility and journey planning, allocation, vehicle tracking, completion, invoicing and performance reporting. Dynamic desk allocation and support for multiple service types help control rooms manage changing workloads, while connected applications distribute work to crews and provide passengers with current journey information. APIs can accept requests from hospital systems or other transport operators and can support links with emergency CAD. Although recorded under the broad patient administration category, APTS-2 is specifically focused on arranging and monitoring transport rather than maintaining a complete hospital patient record or managing clinical admissions.
