Cleric CAD - Respond -2

Cleric Respond-2 is a resilient computer-aided dispatch and command-and-control platform for ambulance services. It manages the operational journey from call taking through triage information, resource allocation, dispatch, dynamic control and service-quality reporting. The system can support both 999 and 111 command environments and connects with NHS services including Spine, GP Connect, Care Connect, the Interoperability Toolkit, NHS Pathways and electronic prescribing. Although this record is categorised as a patient administration system, Respond-2 is more accurately an operational CAD platform: its patient-related administration centres on incidents, callers, responses and vehicle resources rather than routine hospital admissions or outpatient waiting lists. Local integrations determine how incident information passes to electronic patient records and other ambulance systems.
