About Frequentis LifeX Command & Control System

Frequentis 3020 LifeX is a control-room communications and integration platform for emergency services. In UK ambulance use it provides the radio-dispatch environment through which control-room staff communicate with operational resources, rather than serving as the clinical record itself. Frequentis says the cloud-based platform was selected for the national Ambulance Radio Programme to replace legacy integrated command-and-control radio software and prepare trusts for the Emergency Services Network. LifeX brings communications channels and operational information into a common workstation, helping dispatchers manage calls and radio groups during routine activity and major incidents. Local functionality depends on the trust's connected telephony, radio, dispatch and resilience configuration.
