OASIS FileSmart

OASIS FileSmart is an enterprise document-management layer built on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. It adds a tailored interface, categorisation, metadata, search, viewing and records controls to standard Microsoft capabilities, while keeping documents and data within the customer's own environment. Power Platform workflows can automate review and route completed documents into the repository, and APIs support integration with surrounding services. Features for secure copies, redaction, sharing, access rules and retention can assist audit and subject-access processes. FileSmart is configurable rather than a fixed clinical EDMS, so patient indexing, specialist viewers, migration, scanning workflows and links with an EPR must be designed for the intended use.
