About Cleric CAD - Respond -2
In urgent and emergency care, Cleric Respond-2 provides ambulance control rooms with the live operational system used to receive calls, apply service protocols, allocate resources and dispatch responses. Its graphical command-and-control tools support dynamic management as demand, vehicle availability and incident priorities change, while monitoring and reporting help services review performance and quality. The platform is designed for resilient, scalable 999 and 111 operations and can connect with NHS Pathways, PaCCS, Spine, GP Connect, Care Connect, ITK and electronic prescribing services. Respond-2 does not replace the clinician's full electronic patient care record; instead, it coordinates the emergency episode and transfers relevant information to Cleric EPR-2 or another connected clinical-record system.
