OASIS FileLive is a secure web portal for managing physical, electronic and scanned records held through the supplier's archive services. Users can locate and track boxes or files, request delivery, collection, scanning or destruction, and view authorised scanned documentation through an image viewer. The service supports uploading related files, downloading images, annotation and redaction while preserving the original and version history. Access rights restrict who can see or act on material. OASIS now describes FileLive as a legacy portal being transitioned toward its newer Bridge service, so organisations should confirm their current migration position, available integrations, retention processes and whether FileLive remains the operational interface.
