Isla

Isla is a browser-based digital pathway platform that lets patients and staff exchange structured clinical information without requiring a conventional app download. A patient receives a secure link by text message or email and can submit forms, patient-reported measures, photographs, video or voice recordings from a phone or other device. Clinical teams review submissions in organised pathways and caseload views, using the material for triage, follow-up and asynchronous care. Visual timelines are particularly useful in specialties where change over time matters, such as wound care and dermatology. Isla is more than a read-only portal, but available requests, communications, consent controls and EPR integrations are configured by each service.
