OneAdvanced CareNotes

OneAdvanced CareNotes is an electronic patient record for mental health, community health and child health services, with specialist support for areas such as substance misuse and CAMHS. It combines clinical notes, alerts, assessments, appointments and configurable care plans in a shared record. Guided workflows can prompt mandatory activities, while reporting supports service performance and compliance. CareNotes Mobile lets community teams view and update selected information at the point of care, including offline use with later synchronisation. Patient-facing questionnaires can feed responses into the record for progress monitoring. The product is designed for specialist and community pathways rather than general acute care, and deployed modules, forms, reporting and integrations vary locally.
