The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is a large acute, community and primary-care provider serving Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. More than 11,000 staff work at New Cross Hospital, West Park Hospital, Cannock Chase Hospital, over 20 community sites and nine GP practices, creating services that span care from general practice to specialist hospital treatment.
New Cross is the main acute centre for emergency, maternity, planned and specialist care. West Park focuses on inpatient and day rehabilitation, while Cannock Chase provides planned surgery, diagnostics and medical day treatments. Community teams deliver children's and adult services, therapies and rehabilitation closer to home. The trust also supports teaching and clinical research, using its integrated model to coordinate prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery across settings.
