Ideagen Patient First

Ideagen Patient First is an information management system created specifically for NHS accident and emergency departments. It supports the everyday flow of an attendance by showing where a patient is in the department and what actions or requirements come next, giving clinical and operational teams a shared real-time picture. Ideagen acquired the original developer, MSS Management Systems, in 2013 and planned integration with its electronic case-note and order-communications products. NHS expenditure records confirm continuing Patient First use in A&E settings, although detailed current vendor documentation is scarce.
