About Bespoke Clinical Web Portal
Clinical Web Portal is the name used for locally developed clinical record environments at The Christie and The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. At The Christie, CWP is the primary electronic health record, providing secure access to oncology patient data and incorporating information such as patient-reported outcomes; the trust's strategy is to modernise it through modular, openEHR-based development. Wolverhampton's portal has provided round-the-clock access to records, results, images, scanned documents, notes and electronic discharge workflows for authorised hospital staff and some GPs. These are separate trust implementations rather than one supplier product, so their features and roadmaps differ. Both use a web portal to bring clinical information together around the patient.
