North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust runs Peterborough City Hospital, Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, and Stamford and Rutland Hospital. Around 8,000 staff serve a growing population of approximately 850,000 across Cambridgeshire, south Lincolnshire and neighbouring parts of Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire.
Peterborough and Hinchingbrooke provide emergency, inpatient, maternity, children's, cancer, surgical and diagnostic services, with Peterborough also housing radiotherapy, renal and specialist cardiac facilities. Stamford concentrates on outpatients, minor injuries, day surgery, diagnostics and care for patients with complex discharge needs. The Trust additionally provides outpatient and imaging services at several community sites, including Doddington and Wisbech, enabling patients to access routine investigations and follow-up closer to home.
