About Inhealthcare
Inhealthcare is a digital health platform for remote patient monitoring and virtual wards. Patients can submit symptoms and physiological measurements through channels such as an app, web service, text message or automated telephone call, helping services include people with different levels of digital access. Clinical teams review readings through dashboards and receive alerts based on pathway-specific rules, enabling prioritised follow-up and escalation. Services can be configured for acute virtual wards and longer-term conditions including respiratory and cardiovascular care. The platform connects patients with their care team rather than replacing clinical judgement or home visits. Devices, questions, thresholds, monitoring frequency, integrations and escalation plans are configured for each commissioned pathway.
