Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust provides acute and specialist care for around 500,000 residents across Bath and North East Somerset, western Wiltshire, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Its main hospital is the Royal United Hospital at Combe Park, supported by community maternity and outpatient locations and Sulis Hospital Bath, which joined the organisation in 2021.
Services span emergency medicine, surgery, women's and children's care, cancer, diagnostics and critical care. The trust also incorporates the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, providing specialist rheumatology, chronic pain and chronic fatigue syndrome services. Its Dyson Cancer Centre brings oncology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, inpatient and wellbeing support together, while partnerships with universities underpin education and a strong programme of clinical research.
